In the OTC, we provide affordable accredited training to people in the disability, community, voluntary and non-profit sectors but we do more than simply that. We offer the opportunity to learn in a way that works for people who work in these sectors allowing our students to gain valuable qualifications while balancing work and life commitments.

For training to work, it must be practical, professional, accredited and relevant but, most of all, it needs to be student-centred. It has to allow people pursue their personal and professional goals in a way that reflects the realities of their lives, where trying to balance work, life and learning is easy to say but not always easy to do.

Our approach to training – built on 25+ years of collaboration between ourselves, our students and the more than 220 organisations we work with – does this and has created a unique environment in which people can learn and work together in ways that make a real difference.
