He is an Associate Tutor with the OTC and is passionate about enhancing the quality of lives of those that use supports and in developing vibrant, innovative human service organisations.
Lauren Bacon
Programme Director
Lauren is Programme Director of our social care Management courses. She has a special interest in person-centred planning, relationships and sexuality, and mentoring and leadership.
Lauren has also practised in the area of disability residential services, including children’s services, young adults and older adults, and has experience of working in special educational support in Canada and Ireland.
